And with Chevy’s global incentive program, it has never been a better time to purchase a new car. Are you considering a new Chevy? If so, read as our vehicle experts at Huffines Chevrolet Lewisville provide a sneak peek into the 2024 Chevy lineup, showcasing some fantastic new offerings.
2024 Chevrolet Camaro
Chevy’s iconic Camaro sports car has enjoyed one of the longest production runs in the industry. The first Camaro rolled off the production line in 1966 as a 1967 model. The 2024 Camaro has seven trims and six design packages to enhance the look and performance of specific trims. Two new optional colors include Nitro Yellow and Riptide Blue Metallic.
Chevy also has a new Collector’s Edition model. The Collector’s Edition is available on the LT, LT1, SS, and ZL1 trims. The first three trims have a Panther Black Metallic Tintcoat exterior with a Satin Black stripe on the hood and rear spoiler, while the ZL1 comes in Panther Matte Black.
The ZL1 trim features the throaty growl of 650 horsepower through the dual-mode exhaust and a magnetic ride control system to help smooth out road imperfections and keep you glued to the pavement.
2024 Chevrolet Corvette
The Chevrolet Corvette has been around even longer than the Camaro. First debuting in 1953, the Corvette has won the hearts of thrill-ride enthusiasts worldwide. The 2024 Corvette Stingray and Corvette Z06 models have six trims.
New for 2024 is the Corvette E-Ray. Chevy uses a monster 6.2-liter V-8 engine and adds an electric motor to boost horsepower to 655 hp combined, making it the fastest production Corvette in history. The E-Ray rockets from zero to 60 mph in an astounding 2.5 seconds and cruises through the quarter-mile in 10.5 seconds.
One of the E-Ray’s coolest features is Stealth Mode. You can drive in complete silence on electric-only power for up to four miles at up to 45 mph.
2024 Chevrolet Malibu
The Malibu has an exciting history. It began as a premium trim level for the popular Chevelle car that started in 1964. In 1978, the Malibu became its own model line. The Malibu has come in various body styles over the years. We’ve seen everything from two-door coupes and convertibles to four-door sedans.
Today, the Malibu comes in a four-door sedan. Once a rear-drive sedan, the Malibu now runs on a capable front-wheel-drive platform. Chevy makes the Malibu in four trim levels, with three special editions to elevate your Malibu’s appearance. The Midnight Edition features a blacked-out exterior with signature badging and 19-inch black-painted aluminum wheels. The Sport Edition offers a sporty style, while the Malibu’s Redline Edition has trim-exclusive badging in red.
2024 Chevrolet Silverado
Chevy started making its Silverado pickup truck in 1999. Its name was on the C/K lineup of trucks in 1975 until the Silverado became its own model line in 1999. While it doesn’t have as long a history as the Camaro, Corvette, and Malibu, it does enjoy more popularity. The Silverado was America’s second-best-selling vehicle in 2022.
Today, Chevy offers the Silverado pickup in nine trim levels. New features include a 2.7-liter high-output inline four-cylinder TurboMax engine capable of 310 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque. Chevy also expands the turbo-diesel option to the off-road ZR2 model.
Chevy includes its dual active exhaust system standard on the 6.2-liter V-8. The Midnight Edition has adaptive cruise control, and the High Country trim has retractable assist steps with LED lighting. The Silverado now has a ZR2 Bison trim with incredible off-road capability, and the Silverado HD trucks also feature the off-road ZR2 trim for tackling challenging terrain. Chevy also makes an all-electric Silverado.
2024 Chevrolet Colorado
Chevy partnered with American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) to outfit the Colorado ZR2 Bison. This new trim has an AEV heavy-duty winch-capable front bumper, AEV rear bumper, and AEV 17-inch beadlock-capable alloy wheels with 35-inch mud/terrain tires. Boron steel skid plates and rocker protectors provide class-leading underbody protection.
Other best-in-class features, such as 12.2 inches of ground clearance, provide top-tier breakover, approach, and departure angles. Multimatic DSSV dampers smooth out your ride, and power-locking front and rear differentials let you adjust power output between axles without leaving the cabin.
2024 Chevrolet Blazer
Chevy has tweaked the capable Blazer, adding Riptide Blue Metallic as an exterior color option and equipping every model with heated front seats. Four trims provide various equipment levels, such as all-wheel drive (AWD), a power-programmable liftgate, and a heated steering wheel. You can also get the Chevrolet Blazer with an all-electric powertrain.
2024 Chevrolet Equinox
The five-passenger Chevrolet Equinox comes in four stylish trims. Chevy upgraded the interior to include standard heated front seats on all but the base trim and an optional or standard heated steering wheel on the upper trims. You also get additional driver-assist systems with the Driver Confidence II package and an all-electric powertrain option. The exterior features a standard power liftgate on the LT and RS trims and a hands-free version on the Premier model.
2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer
Chevy has restyled the new Trailblazer with a rugged exterior and a powertrain capable of tackling difficult terrain. A 1.3-liter turbo-four engine, tuned suspension, and AWD highlight the off-road ACTIV trim. If you prefer paved roads, the RS model offers street-style good looks to turn heads on the boulevard. The 60/40 split-folding rear seat provides 54.3 cubic feet of space when folded flat. The front passenger seat also folds flat to accommodate items up to 8.5 feet.
2024 Chevrolet Traverse
The family-friendly Traverse has a spacious cabin of three rows. You get all the in-vehicle technology you need to keep you connected and entertained. The beefed-up Traverse now has the Z71 trim with serious off-road capability. It has an inch more clearance, a twin-clutch AWD system, off-road dampers, and a Terrain drive mode to dial in off-road output.
2024 Chevrolet Trax
The compact Trax SUV just got longer, wider, and roomier. A new modern exterior and premium interior elevate Chevy’s entry SUV to give the competition a run for its money. Chevy Safety Assist comes standard, and you can choose an 11-inch touch screen to power your infotainment.
